Brian R. Giaquinto is an accomplished attorney and ministry leader with over a decade of experience in business transactions, real estate law, and charitable planned giving. ​Prior to becoming an attorney, Brian served with distinction in the United States Army, was a business owner, and a Senior Pastor of a church in South Florida. Although eclectic, Brian’s background has prepared him to offer expert legal solutions to help individuals, families, and businesses secure their legacy and build their future.

Brian received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Liberty University and his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law. Brian has been married to Andrea since 1994, and they have four amazing sons, Joshua, Jonathan, Jacob, and Joseph. He is deeply committed to serving Christ through law and stewardship.
